Dolph K. Woodman, President

Dolph is an accomplished construction management professional with over 25 years of experience. He began Woodco, Inc. in 1994 and continues to build with the same dedication to customers and to the quality of construction he has believed in for the past quarter of a century. He carries a Class A General Contractors License, is a certified Green Builder through NAHB, is a member of the NACCC, the Associated General Contractors Association and the Springfield Contractors Association.

Gabriel Woodman, CFO

Gabriel Woodman has grown up in construction and worked with his father, Dolph, since he was 12 years old. He graduated from Drury University with a Bachelors in Finance and now handles all of Woodco's financial operations.

Reta Miller – Senior Project Accountant

Reta has been with Woodco, Inc. since 2006 and is Woodco Inc.’s Senior Project Accountant. Having been in the construction accounting field for many years working for both the general contractor and subcontractor, Reta develops long-term relationships with the clients of those companies and strives to help them with any accounting issues they may have.

Brandon Boatman, Project Accountant

Brandon has been a project accountant for the past 2 ½ years and has overseen the construction accounting of over 25 new builds.  He is a graduate of Missouri State University and is responsible for the accounting procedures on current projects as well as assisting the senior project manager.

Rachel See, Office Manager

Rachel has been an office manager for Woodco Inc. since 2020 and is responsible for the office and to support the Woodco team and all of our clients. While she is a new addition to the family, she has a diverse range of knowledge and has been the perfect fit.
