In 1989, after apprenticing under his father for many years, Dolph Woodman started his own construction company. Through perseverance, focus, and commitment, Woodman was able to develop the company and, within 5 years, the company had completed construction projects totaling over $29 million.
Through its merits, Woodman’s company – now called Woodco, Inc. – earned the opportunity to build Forest Park, a “cluster” development located in the rapidly growing community of Nixa, Missouri. Woodman, serving as both builder and designer, was able to incorporate many innovative concepts into the project and gained widespread recognition for Forest Park throughout the industry.
After viewing some of Woodco’s projects shown on this web site, it is apparent that Woodco’s vast experience is not limited to residential construction. Woodco, Inc. continues to earn the respect of its peers in the industry, while making its mark in many types of construction.
